✌️ As part of the MeDInno Project, on Friday 16 July 2021, at Castello Stella Caracciolo of Palagianello, UPI Puglia (Regional Union of the Apulian Provinces) organized the second itinerant show cooking, in collaboration with IISS PERRONE of Castellaneta. 👩‍🍳‍🍳🍷

A real culinary demonstration, during which some chefs guided their guests on a culinary sensory journey and prepared typical recipes of the local tradition, using the products of the “Disciplinary on the development of new products derived from milk and meat” created from the project. 🐐🥛

👉 The show cooking started after the institutional greetings of the lawyer Giovanni Gugliotti, President of the Province of Taranto and President of UPI Puglia and it was an opportunity to explore some topics such as food sustainability, the importance of biodiversity and respect for the seasonality of products, fundamental aspects for a better food future. 💪🌱
