📣 The two Seminars will address issues related to the protection and enhancement of biodiversity and, specifically, will focus on the added value of dairy products 🧀 and meat 🥩, through interventions aimed at the welfare and health of animals, the improvement of processing and distribution logistics and the use of modern production management techniques in terms of quality control of raw materials and production processes, respecting tradition 🌱🐑🥛
