A real culinary demonstration, during which some chefs prepared typical recipes of the local tradition, using the products of the “Disciplinary on the development of new products derived from milk and meat” created from the project.
During the performance, the stakeholders invited to the event (operators in the gastronomic sector and representatives of the category, but also expert breeders, agronomists, nutritionists, veterinarians, journalists, teachers and food and wine experts), appreciated and tasted the food and wine excellences of the territory.”
